To make a direct donation online to the UPTOWN Project Endowment Fund through the Community Foundation of Pulaski County, please visit the link below.  Donations may also be dropped off at the Community Foundation office at 221 N Monticello St, Winamac, IN 46996.  UPTOWN Project receives a 4% annual distribution from the Endowment Fund, which was established in 2017.
